#PlannerGirl

Hello blog! After 5 months. LOL. In the past 5 months I've been trying to make post, like my trip to Krabi, Thailand on May '16. That post is still a draft. So here I am today, attempting to make a post about my Planner! Also I add a song playlist, most of it are KPOP songs & psst... one Danity Kane's song. Haha!

In the early 2016, I was thinking why not I try to do some planner decorating. I have planner, but it was plain, empty and super boring! Also it is a local planner in my country, paper was so thin. Whenever I decided to use gel pen to write, to highlight the things on that day. It bleeds. :/ major bummer. So I was like why do I even bought this thing?! On February, I started to design some sticker for that horizontal planner (psst! no brand!). Of course starting week doesn't looks so pretty. But it's ok, we all eventually getting better in things we do from day to day. However, unfortunately I left that particular planner at my home (as I'm currently in Sabah, my hometown.)

I will share on how it looks the next time! If you ever interested in it! Do let me know!!!!

Below is my current planner. Happy Planner July 2016-December 2017 Regular Size and Dokibook A6 Gold which I purchased recently through mobile application, ShopeeMY, it's a second-hand planner, but still, I am currently can't afford the one on their website. One day! One day! :)

My Happy Planner setup is pretty much the same with other planner out there. I just decorate it with stickers, which I printed from free printables or I design myself.

As for my A6 Dokibook,  I try to keep it as minimal as possible. The purpose of this planner is to track my money flow, my monthly budget, basically a financial planner. The dashboard looks like below picture. I have receipts over there, which is obviously only for temporary as I look into envelope or another better ideas to keep it. I kept my sticker set in the pocket, and the bookmark was a gift from a friend, whom I had a crush on him.

Dividers or tabs are:
  1. WEEKLY: I'm using week on 1 page, just to keep track activities, especially the one involve money spending.
  2. EXPENSES (which I misspelled there!): It has monthly spread, the plan is to write the expenses on each box. It has category budget too, from which I get from Miss Wenda website. The idea is to fixed an amount for the categories each month (eg: groceries, eating out, entertainment or planner) and if you reached the amount budgeted for that month, that means you are no longer can spend a penny for that particular category.
  3. BUDGET: This section is just a summary of my monthly salary & expenses, including bills.
  4. IDEAS: Anything that cross my mind, recipes, or list of etsy shop or something like that.
  5. TRAVEL: This section is to list out or jot down about the place that I plan to go. Like rules for that place the Dos & Donts. The activities and etc.

This is how the monthly spread looks like. I haven't manage to write the amount I spent up until 9th July, cos I kinda want to color coded them with dot sticker/pen.

The dividers. DIY. The background images downloaded from Pixelscrapper.

So far, I'm loving the Dokibook, just that it is sooooo gold!!! Uhuuu.... I may or may not continue updating things about planner, maybe to share some printables, as some of fellow planner friends on the facebook group asked me to share the spread I made. :) Until then!!!
